    • 9 months with a microbiologist or in a laboratory so as to better understand The Soil and the elements identified in The Project

    • 6 months with a Grapevine Nursery so as to better understand The Plant and the elements identified in The Project

    • 3 months with a barrel maker so as to better understand The Maturation and the elements identified in The Project
